Incoloy Alloy Plate
Incoloy alloy plates possess numerous remarkable material characteristics.
From the perspective of corrosion resistance, they perform exceptionally well in extremely harsh environments, resisting erosion from various highly corrosive media. Whether exposed to acids, alkalis, salt solutions under high temperature and pressure, or environments containing halogen ions, they maintain excellent stability, significantly extending the service life of equipment and components while reducing maintenance and replacement costs caused by corrosion. They are particularly suitable for marine engineering and chemical equipment, effectively resisting seawater corrosion and erosion from chlorine-containing media.
In terms of high-temperature performance, Incoloy alloy plates exhibit outstanding thermal stability and high-temperature strength. They retain excellent mechanical properties even under high-temperature conditions, resisting creep and deformation. This makes them widely applicable in high-temperature industries such as aerospace and petrochemical engineering, meeting the demand for materials that can operate stably and continuously in high-temperature environments.
Their oxidation resistance is also highly notable. In high-temperature oxidizing atmospheres, they form a dense oxide film that effectively prevents further oxygen diffusion into the material, thereby slowing oxidation and ensuring long-term performance stability.
Additionally, Incoloy alloy plates offer excellent weldability and machinability, facilitating various processing and manufacturing techniques. This enables them to meet the requirements of different shapes and sizes, providing convenience for applications across various industries.
Our Incoloy alloy plates offer exceptional corrosion resistance in extreme environments, with thicknesses ranging from 0.3mm to 200mm and widths up to3500mm. These nickel-iron-chromium alloys maintain superior strength at high temperatures , making them ideal for chemical processing, oil/gas, and marine applications.
Our Incoloy alloy plates are manufactured using advanced vacuum induction melting (VIM) and electro-slag remelting (ESR) technology, followed by precision hot rolling under computer-controlled temperature regimes maintained within ±10°C accuracy. The fully integrated production process incorporates ultrasonic testing for internal defect detection, high-precision plasma cutting with ±0.5mm dimensional tolerance, and final solution annealing in specialized hydrogen atmosphere furnaces to ensure optimal material properties. With a monthly production capacity of 200 tons, we guarantee strict adherence to ASTM B409/ASME SB409 chemical composition standards throughout our manufacturing process.
