Our 2PE (Dual Polyethylene) and 3PE (Three-layer Polyethylene) coated pipes provide superior corrosion protection for oil, gas, and water pipelines. Available in sizes from 2" to 48" OD, these pipes feature a fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) base layer with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) overlay, ensuring long-term durability in harsh environments. Custom coating thicknesses (1.5-3.0mm) and specifications (DIN 30670, CSA Z245.21) available.
Produced using automated electrostatic spraying and extrusion coating systems, our process includes: surface shot blasting (Sa 2.5), FBE powder application (150-300μm), and HDPE extrusion (1.5-3.0mm). Equipped with infrared heating and cooling tunnels for uniform adhesion, plus inline holiday detection (≥5kV/mm). Annual capacity: 1,000+ km with coating thickness tolerance ±0.2mm.
