The cold-rolled carbon steel plate production line uses hot-rolled base plates as raw materials, equipped with high-precision cold rolling mills, fully automatic pickling lines and intelligent annealing furnaces to achieve precision rolling at room temperature. Through CNC tension control and laser thickness measurement equipment, parameters are calibrated in real time, ensuring the plate thickness deviation is ≤±0.01mm and the surface roughness is as low as Ra0.8μm.
